Replacement Policies


1. YagooLeads allows replacement of leads only under the conditions mentioned below:

  • If you received a Duplicate Lead and provide the duplicate LEAD ID, within your order, to us within 24 hours.
  • If the delivered Lead is Liceensed and you have purchased Non-licensed
  • On the delivery of Leads that you haven’t ordered
  • If Leads are without a phone number and e-mail address
  • If the person is incarcerated already

Requests for refunds or compensation that do not meet the above conditions, are not considered. However, in the rare instances of invalid telephone numbers as well as invalid e-mail addresses, exceed 20% of the total order delivered, YagooLeads may provide replacement leads, as compensation. Once the replacement leads conditions are fulfilled, YagooLeads is not subject to any further issuing of replacements. However, both phone number and e-mail address omissions should be valid for replacement.

2. To request a replacement, please send an e-mail to sales@yagooleads.com with your name, customer ID #, order # and the lead/s number/s. For each lead, please provide a brief explanation for your request. Your request must be received within 24 hours of the original lead's delivery time. Please allow us 1 - 2 business days to resolve and/or respond to each individual replacement request.
